1. Data Collection in the App

HQR is a service-based work app. The app does not collect or share any of the user data types that require disclosure (e.g. for advertising or profiling). Users do not register themselves in the app; they join work by using a username and password provided to them by their company.

Employee and user accounts are created from the company side (via the company website/admin panel), not through the app. The app is used only to perform assigned work (e.g. complaints, maintenance, reports) using the credentials given by the organization.

Account-related information (created by company, not collected from you in the app)

When your organization creates your account via the website, they may provide:

  • Full Name
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Company Name
  • Employee ID
  • Login Credentials (username/password issued by the company)
  • Role (e.g. Admin / Technician / Supervisor / Client)

This information is not collected from you by the app; it is set up by your organization for work purposes.

B. Service & Operational Data (work only)

As part of doing your job in the app, the following may be stored for service delivery:

  • Complaint details
  • Maintenance schedules
  • Service reports
  • Site visit details
  • Images uploaded for reports
  • Digital signatures
  • Location data (only if enabled, for service verification)

C. Automatically Collected Information

We do not use the app to collect or share personal data for advertising or tracking. Technical data (e.g. device information, IP address, usage or crash logs) may be used only for security, stability, and support, in line with this policy.

2. How We Use the Information

Information provided by your organization or generated through work in the app is used only to:

  • Let your organization create and manage user accounts (via the website, not in the app)
  • Assign and track service complaints
  • Generate periodic maintenance reports
  • Enable white-label client access
  • Improve app functionality
  • Provide technical support
  • Ensure security and fraud prevention

We do not use app data for advertising or selling to third parties.

3. White-Label Usage

HQR operates as a white-label platform.

Client organizations using the platform may access service-related data of their employees and customers as part of operational management.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

4. Data Sharing

We may share information:

  • With registered client organizations using the white-label system
  • With authorized administrators
  • With cloud hosting providers
  • If required by law or regulatory authorities

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including:

  • Secure HTTPS communication
  • Encrypted cloud storage
  • Role-based access controls
  • Authentication mechanisms

However, no system is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain data:

  • As long as the client organization account remains active
  • As required by contractual obligations
  • As required by law

Users may request data deletion through their organization administrator.

7. Location Data (If Enabled)

If location tracking is enabled for technicians:

  • Location data is collected only during active service sessions
  • Used for service verification purposes
  • Not used for continuous background tracking

8. User Rights

Users may:

  • Access their personal information
  • Request correction
  • Request account deletion (through admin or support email)
